我們的註冊音樂治療師會透過個人或小組音樂治療去幫助受助者發揮潛能，提升生活質素。受助者會在音樂治療中參與度身設計的互動音樂體驗以改善其情緒、認知、心理、社交及溝通等能力。 經過專業評估後，我們的註冊音樂治療師會為受助者定下治療方針及目標。根據受助者的需要，治療通常為每星期 50 分鐘。互動音樂體驗包括 (根據受助者實際需要及評估後決定)：歌唱、歌詞討論、律動、樂器彈奏、即興創作、歌詞創作等。 服務對象 -
Music Therapy Service (Individual or Group) Clinical music therapy services are provided through the format of individual or group, depending on the clients’ needs. Our credentialed music therapists will address client’s emotional, cognitive, psychological, social, and communication needs through interactive music therapy interventions. Depending on the clients' needs, sessions usually last for 50 minutes, one time per week. Sample music interventions may include, but not limited to (based on individual's needs and assessment data) singing, instrumental play, music & movement, improvisation, lyric discussion and song writing. 音樂教育諮詢 & 輔導
我們的註冊音樂治療師可以提供支援予音樂教育工作者，幫助他們解決於教學過程中所遇到之困難。我們的治療師可以為有學習困難之學生作出評估，或為音樂教育工作者提供合適的訓練，幫助學生在合適的學習環境中領略到學習音樂的樂趣。 Consultation & support Our credentialed music therapist will work with music educators to provide support for them to work with challenging students who may or may not be identified with any learning disabilities or other developmental disabilities. Our credentialed music therapist may work with music educators through assessment, consultation, training, or as inclusion support in music lessons or ensembles. Our music therapist also work with other allied health professionals to provide consultation on how to use music in their treatments (e.g. speech therapy, occupation therapy, physical therapy). |

調適性音樂課程是為有特殊學習需要的人士而設計的非傳統音樂課程。課堂乃根據學生之能力及進度而設計，務求令學生於調適性教學環境中成功愉快地學習音樂。 Adaptive Lessons (piano, guitar, voice trumpet) Adaptive music lessons are for individuals who have special needs and are interested in learning music in a non-traditional way.
